ACCESS AND COST. Attorneys get access to the templates by subscribing to NobleForms on the HotDocs Market website with a monthly ($100) or annual ($1,000) subscription.
SEE HOW IT WORKS. The first time the attorney uses the program the attorney runs a template to provide contact information about the attorney or the attorney's firm which is used in the documents. The attorney contact information is saved. Then the attorney selects "Click to Access all NobleForms Oregon Estate Planning Forms" and selects one or more templates to run. The documents are then produced and ready for download to the attorney's computer. The updated Answer File is saved and can also be downloaded. Since the system is Cloud Based the attorney can use a Mac or a PC, or for that matter a tablet for a smart phone, to access the templates. ADVANTAGES. The templates are extremely sophisticated and very flexible so the attorney can create a very client-specific plan. Documents produced using the templates are more accurate than documents created based on the “Save As” and the “Cut and Paste” approach. The attorney will save a great deal of time using these templates. The templates work for clients with simple estate planning needs as well as for clients with complex estate planning issues. Taken together the templates constitute a complete estate planning system from intake to document production to trust funding and creation of a three-ring binder for the client. These templates have been developed by an Oregon estate planning attorney and are specifically designed for an Oregon practice. The system is especially helpful for younger attorneys who have had limited exposure to estate planning but who wish to expand their practice into estate planning.
